I had a mixed experience during my stay at Comfort Inn & Suites Knoxville West. The location was convenient. being close to I-40 and the West Towne Mall. However, the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel left much to be desired. The room had a foul odor and the hallways were dimly lit and unkempt, which was disappointing. On the bright side, the breakfast offered a nice variety and was quite enjoyable.
